A cattle drive on the Chisolm Trail is anything but a picnic. What with the hail, the flies, the stampedes, the outlaws, and the food, it seems like nothing ever goes right. But the cowboys stay pretty cheerful all the way from Texas up to Kansas, where they load the cows on a train and then head out for a night of rollicking recreation. Rosalyn Schanzer's new adaptation of this old trail song will keep you snapping your fingers and twirling your lassos.
